    Cadet for Ipad/Netbook Specs.

I have the original Cadet that was sized for Ipad or Netbook.

I'm trying to get the following information:

    1) Original name
    2) Dimensions

    Beau? or anyone.......

It seems to measure about 14" x 11.5" . The horizontal cache inside, on rails, measures 10.5 x 8.

From the original Tom Bihn product page for the Cadet (I've stripped out the equivalent information for the 15/13 version; name is 11/iPad Cadet):

Volume, without laptop or Cadet Cache
    (ASTM Standard Measure):

    11/iPad Cadet:
    10.2 liters / 620 cu.in. total
    Main Compartment:
    8 liters / 490 cu.in.
    Front Pouch:
    2.2 liters / 135 cu.in.

    Weight:

    11/iPad Cadet (empty):
    1.4 lbs / 635 grams
11/iPad Cadet with 13-inch MacBook Air Cadet Cache:
    1.7 lbs / 765 grams
11/iPad Cadet with iPad 2 or iPad Cadet Cache:
    1.6 lbs / 725 grams

    Over-all dimensions:

    11/iPad Cadet: 13.5 x 10.5 x 4.5" / 345 x 270 x 115mm
Features a dual-function "roll-aboard"/magazine pocket on the back
Made in the TOM BIHN Factory in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A.

Probably more than you needed to know. HTH.

Thanks, Moriond. I looked for the page but couldn't find it.

    The more info, the better.

I might as well give equal time to the specs for the original 15/13 Cadet, assuming this hasn't changed, since the current Cadet product page doesn't have this level of detail:

Volume, without laptop or Cadet Cache
    (ASTM Standard Measure):

    15/13 Cadet:
    13.5 liters / 825 cu.in. total
    Main Compartment:
    11 liters / 670 cu.in.
    Front Pouch:
    2.5 liters / 150 cu.in.

    Weight:

    15/13 Cadet (empty):
    1.7 lbs / 780 grams
15/13 Cadet with 15-inch MacBook Pro Cadet Cache:
    2.1 lbs / 945 grams
15/13 Cadet with 13-inch MacBook/MacBook Pro Cadet Cache:
    2.0 lbs / 925 grams
15/13 Cadet with 13-inch MacBook Air Cadet Cache:
    2.0 lbs / 910 grams

    Over-all dimensions:

    15/13 Cadet: 16.25 x 12.5 x 4.5" / 410 x 320 x 115mm
Features a dual-function "roll-aboard"/magazine pocket on the back
Made in the TOM BIHN Factory in Seattle, Washington, U.S.A.
