I have been using the Absolute Comfort Strap daily for about two years now, but just noticed a tear where the neoprene is sewn/attached to the tapered plastic end piece, and it won;t last much longer before separating completely.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue with this strap?
Does TB replace the strap with this kind of situation?
