Question Problem: Lost or not delivered Tom Bihn package. :(

Hey guys, I don't know if it has occurred to any of you. When I first ordered my Tom Bihn Imago Messenger Bag, it has arrived, left at my door, in the box as expected. But this time, I went outside my door today, because it says on the website that the package has been delivered, left by the driver at my front door. But I went downstairs, checked my front door and it didn't arrive. What could you guys think could have happened? I mean why would someone want my lovely Tom Bihn package? I'm really sad.

I would contact UPS and have them research it. I had my initial order from another company delivered by Fedex delivered to a neighbor at the opposite end of my neighborhood. We are friends. And they receive regular, almost daily Fedex deliveries. The delivery person saw the street name and didn't confirm the address number. I was livid, worried, paranoid, upset, and many other things thinking my items had been stolen, but my neighbor delivered them later that evening on their dog walk.
I hope that is your experience, that they are mis delivered and your neighbor/UPS can remedy it.

Thanks for the suggestions (and for some encouragement) about my lost package. I hope it just got lost along my neighbourhood. I actually went out to some (not everyone) of my neighbours along my street and asked them if they have received any package that have been mis-delivered. Unfortunately, no one received any package. I gave a call to UPS and asked "where exactly he placed the package", even though it wasn't actually at my front door.

This is a calamity! Have you gotten a helpful response from UPS yet? Perhaps you've located the box and have your lovely new TB bags already; I hope so. Let's hope that Friday the 13th turns out to be lucky for you. [And maybe it would light a fire under UPS if Katy or Darcy contacted them from their end.]

Fortunately, a UPS representative called me several minutes ago and informed me that the driver will come by to actually pinpoint where he actually placed the package. The UPS representative told me that the driver placed it beside a flower pot, but there is no flower pot at all on my front porch. I hope he finds that package later on when the driver comes by.

I will update all of the TB lovers in here. Thanks again for the support. I hope I can find it today.

Good news guys, I got my package! There was a written number that is way different from my address. Thankfully the one who received the package returned it to me.

I ordered a 3D Clear Organizer Cube, 1 small clear organizer, and 1 small ballistic nylon organizer pouch.

I was shock that the small size was almost like a medium size.

Thanks Tom Bihn once again, and the person who returned my package. Friday the 13th was a great day for me!
