Has anyone tried an A4 notepad in the co-pilot?
Even sticking out of the open back pocket perhaps?
Thanks

Hi Jonathan, yes, A4 (8X11) will easily fit in the copilot. I wouldn't try to stuff a thick stack of the stuff in, but 50-100 pages should fit easily. Hope that helps.
Thanks 123veo,
Thanks for the reply. A4 paper is actually closer to 11 3/4 inches long (or tall?), so I'm hoping your response still applies.

I don't think the A4 will fit in the co-pilot. Even the letter size paper is a bit of a stretch--depending on what you put in. You can put in a flexible file, but not a book easily....I don't think A4 will do it!
Hey all, I've just, easily, fit a 11 3/4 X 9 1/2 inch folder into my copilot. If there is any "tightness", I actually found that the width (i.e. the 91/2 inch width) was more snug than than the height. I didn't try a book, so not sure how that would go (the file has some flexibility). Attachment 1902Attachment 1903
Great! thanks for the pics. That may be enough to have me put my Ristretto on eBay and try the co-pilot. I presume that file would also fit in the open back pocket, just sticking out the top?
Does anyone else use the co-pilot as an everyday sort of bag, rather than an air travel specific piece?

I tried an A4 sized hardcover book (1 inch deep) this morning and it also fit, but again, the 9 1/2 width was tight. The flexibility of the file made that a better fit. The file fits on its side easily in the back pocket. Sorry about the crap quality of the pics.

Thanks so much for trying that out. I really appreciate it.
