Packing Cube Shoulder Bag/Backpack

Does the Packing Cube Shoulder Bag have O-rings in the main compartment and/or the outside slash pocket?

Ditto question for the Western Flyer packing cube backpack.

With respect to the Western Flyer/Tri-Star packing cube backpack, yes to both. In the main compartment, it is at the top of the pack, in the center. In the outer pocket, it is just below the upper end of the zipper (ie if you're looking at the pack face-on, it's about 3/4 of the way up the right hand side.
