Co-pilot inside front pocket of Empire Builder?

Hi all,
Will the Co-Pilot fit inside the front pocket (under the flap) of the Empire Builder?

I just tried it with my Co-Pilot and Empire Builder. If both bags are empty, the Co-Pilot can fit in the front pocket and the flap will still buckle. It's pretty snug. Start loading the Co-Pilot and then it becomes difficult to cram in the Empire Builder's front pocket.
