    Ristretto Clarification

Am I correct that the Ristretto comes in one size that's intended to fit iPads and 13" MacBooks?

If so, I wonder if anyone who's used one with an iPad can comment on excess room in when a (smaller) iPad is placed in a padded compartment big enough to fit a MacBook.

If not, I'm a careless reader and must have missed the availability of various sizes for various gadgets. My apologies.

    Travls,

There is the Ristretto - sized for the 13" MacBook and MacBook Air. And there's also the Ristretto for iPad/Netbooks. So, two different sizes.

I have the regular Ristretto that fits the 13" MacBook. The compartment easily holds the iPad. I guess the iPad could shift around in the laptop compartment, but I don't think it would get hurt. The iPad fits snugly if placed in horizontally and there is over 5" of space to the top of the bag. The padded flap that normally would wrap around the top of the laptop does not come in contact with the iPad so it does nothing to hold the iPad in.
