    Kayaking with the Synapse 19!

I'm taking my Synapse 19 with me tonight when I go kayaking! I used my Side Effect last night and it worked beautifully for what I needed. I'm taking a little more with me tonight and when I get back I'll post some pictures and a packing list!

I kayaked for the first time ever last Monday. I kept listing to one side, but my canoeing knowledge came in handy and for the most part I was eventually able to straighten myself out. I want to do it again! It's hard work, though.
Hold on! Where do you kayak in South Dakota?

I kayak most everyday (when it isn't winter) from my backyard. We have a small dock and a lake out back. I take my Synapse 19 filled with snacks and a sweater. Also, I clip my TB safety whistle to my life vest! TB and kayaking go well together:)

I live and work right on the Missouri River every summer and the kayaks are brand new this year. Just went out for the first time a few days ago when we got them and I'm hooked!

Awesome! I have taken my S19 canoeing and it holds everything efficiently. I only place non-waterproof electronics in a dry bag and the rest goes into the S19, including a sweater, hat, water, and snacks. The front pockets keep everything very well organized. I will share some photos the next time that we go canoeing. Love your green colour!
