    Cool Thanks Trevor in Shipping!

Tom Bihn bag - check. But what I'm REALLY excited about is my Frolicking Puppy as drawn by Trevor in Shipping!! THANK YOU! I love it so much I've cut it out of the box and have it up on my cubicle as part of my "travel inspiration." Kinda silly, but it makes me happy.

By the way, I got an Aeronaut and I'll eventually upload a photo of the bag in action.

More super cool box art! and a slight embarrassment of matchy-matchiness

I also ordered an Synapse 25... which arrived with this, thanks to Trevor:

It's decorating a wall in my office cubicle, along with Frolicking Puppy on another wall. Sending them to the recycling bin felt wrong.

The Synapse 25, in Navy-Solar, and the Aeronaut, in Navy-Solar, traveled on their inaugural flight from LA to Denver a couple of weekends ago. On which flight I wore a pair of Navy pants, and a white and, er, Solar, shirt.

    TOTALLY BY ACCIDENT.

(My husband smirked a lot while taking this picture.)

By the way, the Aeronaut got mad props: The flights to and from were both PACKED - and the flight crew were checking everyone's roll-aboards as people boarded. One of the flight attendant pointed out my bag to another woman who was insisting her duffel was carry-on appropriate: "No, you need something that size. See that? THAT'S carry-on." I was able to squish the Aeronaut in unlikely spots in the overhead due to its more vertical design.

Upon unpacking the Aeronaut, the Hubs was impressed at its capacity, and also a little alarmed (I believe he used the phrase "Clown Car").

Thanks for the great bags and the fun artwork!

Thanks for posting the pic of the navy and solar synapse. This is my chosen combination and just whets my appetite - my recently placed order is on its way as I type...goddamn TBAS strikes again!

Understanding my box art - and thanks to.... Trevor?

Brought a smile to my face last night to find yesterday the following on my TB parcel (containing the Steel/wasabi Synapse 19 I ordered for a gift).

What's the significance?? Einstein (ie - you made a brilliant choice choosing the Synapse!, but did Einstein wear an earring)? The mad professor? A portrait (have we met?? I must get my brows done if so!!)? A self-portrait - Trevor??

Feeling perplexed, but delighted nonetheless to have box art! Thanks to you all and especially to the mystery artist....

With the earring and round glasses it could be Bruce Cockburn, "kick at the darkness 'til it bleeds daylight", or in the case of navy/solar just undo a zipper a bit.
