Aeronaut 30 way ahead of scheduled backorder!
Arrived home today and this was on my front porch!
Special thanks to Paul, the shipping lead at Tom Bihn. I noticed an error on my invoice and pointed it out to Paul. Because of my honesty, he was able to grab an Aeronaut 30 in Steel/Wasabi right off the production line for me and even upgraded my shipping to 3 days! No other company would go that far and beyond for their customers!
The A30 in Steel nicely compliments my everyday use Synapse in Steel Dyneema. These two bags will be my only trusty companions on my 4 days business trip next week.
Again, can't thank Paul and the entire crew at Tom Bihn. The quality of their products speak for themselves, however, their customer service and pursuit to put the "Customer First" is something they not only preach, they actually do it and then some! It's no wonder that Tom Bihn has such a loyal following! The smile Paul and the Tom Bihn crew put on my face today goes beyond the beauty of the bag.
