Does anyone have a recommendation for language/translation app for iOS?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone had a good experience with any of the language/dictionary/translation apps on iOS. Specifically I'd need something that does Spanish and does not require an internet connection to be used on my iPhone. Something like a spanish/english dictionary or an app with common phrases?

I've been giving Mobile Translator from NibiruTech a try... Not bad from what I can tell so far. Multiple languages, will pronounce it for you.
