Here's a good one for you:

I'm a volunteer for Warren County Winterfest at Chapman State Park near Clarendon, Pennsylvania.

Over the weekend, nighttime lows were sub-zero. We know that early Saturday morning the pre-dawn low at Chapman was -21 F (-29.4 C). We suspect it was at least as cold Sunday evening / early Monday.

Temps are on the rebound today (Monday) with highs expected to be around 20 F (-6 C) with some new snow.

The wind chill during the winterfest was brutal, with some nasty gusts.

Our volunteers used a decommissioned mini-school bus as a sled dog race HQ during the event. We had a terrible time keeping it heated until the sun came out.

Here's a YouTube video from Winterfest 2011 for you to enjoy!

    Stay warm!
