Thumbs up Dog Stuff - Spindrift Collars

I know there are some dog lovers that read this forum, so I thought I'd mention a neat company that recently came to my attention.

Spindrift makes pretty cool collars. I recently bought the company's "comfort collar" for my aussie, and it is a fun alternative to other rolled collars that I've used.

This seems to be a small, U.S. based company in Bend, Oregon, so you folks in the Pacific Northwest may already know about their products. I stumbled across the collar in Ann Arbor, MI a couple of weeks ago.

I stumbled on this thread today, needing a new collar for my dog, Rhapsody. So I found a dealer who stocked these in Las Vegas, and bought a nice red one today. Looks great, and seems far more comfortable for Rhapsody than her old collar (which was falling apart).

So far, I'm very pleased with the Spindrift collar!

I suppose it's time to finally open up a Flickr account to share photos of Rhapsody and my Tom Bihn bags. After all, I am a photographer ...

(Though it'll have to wait until later today or tomorrow.)

I just ordered a comfort collar and dog disc...should have in a few days. Their stuff looks pretty cool (although the shipping costs are high).

What nice collars! I have some leather collars with the metal snaps (like Spindrift standard) but as we added dogs, it took forever to get them from the manufacturer (months). When I finally did get them for two of my new rescues, they promptly chewed them off. Think I'll try these Spindrift next time. Thanks for sharing!
