Beautiful window display, capitalism at its finest! Thanks for the glimpse of NYC for those who live over the river and through the woods!

    Hi,

These pictures are great. I miss the Christmas windows from the big NYC department stores. (And there are now fewer of them -- Arnold Constable, that used to be a couple of blocks away from Lord & Taylor on Fifth Avenue, was turned into a branch of the New York Public Library). B. Altman & Co., that also used to do great Christmas windows, and was located closer to the Empire State Building (the site of your Large Cafe Bag photo op post, also did a stint as the site of the New York Public Library's Science, Business, and Industry Library before becoming the site of the CUNY (City University of New York) Graduate Center.

I've moved this thread to the Not About Bags forums.

Hi moriond, Happy Thanksgiving! I was wondering if you could post some pics of Honolulu? I've never been to Hawaii, except once when we were flying and the plane had to re-fuel. Thanks!
