    UK-Limey liked post by David_Galardi On thread : Daylight Briefcase -- Black Dyneema / Tri-Star - Black Dyneema/Iberian
Hello TB'ers Just an update to my previous post -- The Tri-Star in Black Dyneema/Iberian is in hand (it even came with a nice hand-written noted from the team at TB). The bag is stellar -- color...

UK-Limey liked post by Lync On thread : How I pack and travel
Hi Folks I'm new to the forums (but an old school TB guy) and thought I'd make a post about my travel routine to share what I've learned over the years of traveling 300 days a year for the past 7...

I just returned from a quick overnight business trip from DC to KC on a United RJ145 jet. For those that don't know you don't get much smaller without propellers...seating is 1-2. Luckily, I was...

Have to agree...I have both a Cadet (in Navy) and a Pilot in Dyneema and the Cadet has a "smarter" feel to it, as well as benefitting from a bit more structure.

@Rufus Have no worry - the Pilot is great for a formal environment. I use it in a financial environment and it is fine - Tie, Suit. Having a bag that is black/navy ballistic nylon is a safe way...

I'm new around here and new to TB bags. I just received my first bag, a steel/uv Tri-Star a few days ago along with a Travel Tray, and a small packing cube. As everyone says, the quality is...

UK-Limey liked post by tpnl On thread : Cache with Rails in a Western Flyer?
Here are a few pics of the rail loops I put in my Western Flyer to allow the rail system to work - both Horizontal and Vertical. Note that I actually use a Brain cell instead of a cache. To make...

I use the Tom Bihn Cadet in black for this. It holds my 15" MacBook Retina Pro in a Cache which keeps it lighter than a bag that uses a Brain Cell. It is perfect for the laptop, a few papers, & some...

IMHO, the key phrase I interpret from @bnruane's post is "out of place". I take that to mean that the Pilot is different looking enough from other co-worker's bags (Squat and a single handle) to...

+1 on @TMerrell's suggestion of a Zephyr. The Zephyr is much more traditional formal and I use it in a banking environment. It also keeps its shape when empty and stands up on its own - pluses in...
