the synapse at the c&o towpath / billy goat trail / great falls

hi folks,

i took a hike along the c&o towpath, the billy goat trail, and saw great falls (from the maryland side), and wanted to share a few pictures...

enjoy!

i took my synapse along to hold my water, food, additional clothes, clear organizer wallet, phone, keys, lip balm, and hand lotion.

i saw this lovely bird along the way...

despite the ice and snow, it was a lovely day to be out!

Nice wildlife photography. You haven't lived until you snapped a good photo of a porcupine in the wild!
