Hi drpher,
These are great pictures, but there's an air of unreality about them -- I've never seen these places so devoid of other people during the summertime! Reminds me of product photo shoots where they cordon off the areas and you just can't see it because it's off the camera screen. But the bag looks great! Like the hint of wasabi showing in the top photo. Also, very nice framing in the bottom doorway. Where was the top picture taken?

Fab pictures. TB gets to go everywhere it seems!
Hi, moriond, Shiva,
So glad you liked the pictures! These are real pictures, taken at very strategic angles! ;) We also have a family photo taken at the Forbidden Palace where it looks like we have the entire palace to ourselves; in reality, we are in front of one of the side buildings.
The first picture is the Great Wall at BaDaLing. The second picture is Tiananmen Square, and the last is the Observatory Museum in Beijing. Not as crowded as you think!
I realize looking at these enlarged photos that my bag is looking embarrassingly dusty, though. I'm contemplating putting it into the wash because I don't have the patience to hand wipe it. Any thoughts on that?
Cheers!

Great pictures!
Putting a TB bag in the washing machine voids the warranty.
Thanks for the great photos, drpher!
backpack is right. We wouldn't recommend putting your bag in the washing machine. Here's more on how to care for your bag.
