“I was in South Africa on a business trip a couple years ago with my Brain Bag. I was in a meeting, and after it had ended, one of the participants walked up to me and demanded, “Where did you get that bag!”
At first I thought he might be accusing me of stealing, so I stammered,
“I b-b-bought it.” Again he demanded, “Where!” “On the internet,” I whimpered, “from a company called Tom Bihn.” At this point, he got a huge smile, and grabbed his bag off the floor. “I bought this one when I was backpacking through the U.S. 15 years ago from him when he was just a guy making bags in a little store in California. I’d gone through so many packs and needed a new one, and he was there. I’ve carried this every day since and look at it! It’s still in perfect condition! I had no idea he’s still making bags!”
