“As a Hike-A-Thon participant, every mile you hike in August could raise money for hiking trails! For the Hike-A-Thon, we’re asking Washington hikers to get out and hike, log their miles, and collect pledges from friends and family. These pledges will be used by Washington Trails Association to protect and maintain trails all throughout the state. Participating in the Hike-A-Thon is one thing that anyone can do to help fund our trail system.
This is your chance to raise money for hiking trails, hike a lot, and earn some handy outdoor gear in the process.”
