A Video Tour of the Tom Bihn Headquarters

Let Andru Edwards and the gang at The Bleeding Edge take you on a video tour of the Tom Bihn headquarters.

“In this episode, we take a visit to the Tom Bihn labs, where we get a first hand look into exactly what it takes to design and manufacture their awesome line of bags. We take a tour of their facility, and talk with Tom about concept, design, manufacturing, as well as a few stories about how they stress test their stuff. I mean, when a bag gets blown up in war over in Iraq, but your computer that was in the bag is protected perfectly, you know these things are good.”

More information from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, including which laptops (12″ iBook, 12″ Powerbook, 15″ Powerbook) are affected and which serial numbers to look for to find out if your laptop has a bad battery.

Judie Hughes of the Gadgeteer Reviews the Aeronaut

You must check out the new review of the Aeronaut by Judie Hughes of The Gadgeteer . It’s that simple. The review features thirty-one pictures, ranging from detail shots to pictures of Judie’s husband Steve wearing the Aeronaut.

What did Judie Hughes think of the bag? Here’s an excerpt of her review:

“The beauty of the Aeronaut is that it can be configured to work in whatever way the owner needs. If it is needed as a piece of traditional luggage with clothing and shoes stored in its compartments, then it can be that; if it is called upon to hold a plethora of electronics along with other packed items, it will adapt. This bag can be personalized and customized to be exactly what the owner wants – even if the owner’s needs change upon a whim. The Aeronaut, in combination with its packing cubes and the other Tom Bihn accessories, is the ideal travel bag for anyone that wants a quality piece of luggage that will adapt to their travel needs.”

TheBlogJoint.com Reviews the Buzz

A new review of the Buzz, courtesy of TheBlogJoint.com:

“I just recently received the Buzz Sling Bag from the great bag manufacturers Tom Bihn. The first thing that caught my eyes and the reason I wanted this bag is its ultra cool style. Once I unzipped the bag the first thing I noticed is a really thick padding for the laptop, and I mean its thick, it will definitly protect your costly laptop.”

OhGizmo! Reviews the Imago

The recent OhGizmo! review of the Imago features seven original pictures of the bag from varying angles. If you’ve been waiting to see the pocket layout or the interior of the Imago, now is your chance.
The ImagoPicture by Andrew Liszewski

What did OhGizmo! reviewer Andrew Liszewski think overall of the Imago?

Excerpt:

“Like I’ve already mentioned the biggest endorsement I can give the Imago Yin is the simple fact that over the past three weeks it has started to replace my trusty old bag for day to day use. Like everything else Tom Bihn makes the Imago Yin is quite simply a well-made, high-quality product that you know will easily withstand a lot of wear and tear over the years. Until we can buy that one credit-card sized device that does everything we need most of us will have to carry around a handful of different devices everyday and the Imago is one of the easiest ways to do that.”
