“The Aeronaut arrived, and I was in love at first sight. I began looking at other Tom Bihn bags with envy, and quickly decided that with so many business trips approaching, I had to have an Empire Builder. And a Brain Cell. And some Packing Cubes. So was it worth it? Hell yes, it was worth it! I began with a 2 day trip to NY, perfect for the Aeronaut. The trips got longer, culminating with a 7 day conference in San Antonio, which included a recreational detour for hiking in the desert. Not only did I get everything I needed for the conference, but I also packed my hiking clothes for the desert! It all fit into the two bags, and I was thrilled to be able to go carry-on only with all this gear. The Aeronaut swallowed everything I could stuff into it, and the packing cubes made a huge difference. Although stuffed to the gills, it still fit into all overheads easily, and the Empire Builder carried everything that remained. The Absolute straps made carrying the bags a joy, and I never felt overloaded.”

Keep the dust off it, and you can carry this anywhere. As well, it’s built to survive heavy-duty usage and has enough space in it to probably keep both your laptops, all working files, and most of your really useful peripherals in it. You can do then what every real hardworking IT person wants: carry all your important stuff with you always and still look cool enough not to scare people away.”

Our Utility Tote to be THE bag for grocery shopping. It has a zippered pocket for your wallet and a key snap for your keys, and is sophisticated enough to use as an everyday bag. It’s more than strong enough to carry a heavy load of groceries (the soft, comfortable handles won’t dig into your shoulder), and the inside has a coating that makes it water and stain resistant. Just Reviews the Ego and the Aeronaut

We recently posted about the “First Look” review of the Ego messenger bag and Aeronaut maximum carry-on bag conducted by Rainy Day Magazine.

By coincidence, TOM BIHN Forums member Just had recently used that same combination of TOM BIHN bags three-day tour of the Grand Canyon.
