“I’ve owned a Tom Bihn SuperEgo for two years and absolutely love it. It is clearly too big for some people’s needs, but I travel to Europe a lot, and it is the ideal business carry on. It swallows not just my laptop and all its gear, but phone, kindle, headphones, portable amp, iPod, etc. and has room to spare for books and other work-related materials. Construction, as noted here, is first-rate.”
“I have the messenger bag with a brain cell going on 7 years and it is holding up amazingly well. Looks new. Construction and build quality are amazing. I would love to have a reason to buy the checkpoint bag but my current bag is in too good a shape to justify – maybe for Xmas. My guess is that this bag is well worth the $220.”
