Back at work today, shipping orders and answering phones –

We braved the roads and made it to our Seattle factory where we’re shipping your orders and answering phone calls (1-800-729-9607) and emails (customerservice@tombihn.com.) Thanks for your understanding and patience, and please let us know if you have any questions or if there’s anything further we can do. We’re going to get back to work now — there’s a lot to catch up on.

We are closed today due to snow and icy conditions —

For the safety of our factory, shipping, and customer service staff members, we’ve decided to close today. Washington State officials have asked people to stay off the roads unless they absolutely have to go somewhere — it’s just too icy and dangerous out there right now. Wednesday is supposed to be slightly warmer and we hope we can get back to work then. Note that we will be closed for the holiday weekend on November 25th through the 28th. We will open on Monday, November 29th.

While we can’t make it to the office, we are working from home answering emails and retrieving messages from our voicemail system to return your calls. Feel free to email us or give us a call: 1-800-729-9607 (make sure to leave a message with your name, phone number, and question.)

If you’ve placed an order with us that you expect to ship out soon, you will be receiving an email explaining the situation further.

We apologize for the inconvenience this no doubt causes you. If there is anything we can do at all, please let us know.

We’re heading home early due to snow and wind

It’s snowing and windy here in Seattle. For the safety of our crew, we’ve decided to close early today. If you have an urgent customer service question or concern, please email us as we will be checking email from home. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that our early closure might cause. Thank you for your understanding, and if you’re out there in this weather too, be safe, be warm, and enjoy it if you can.
