Travelite: Good travel-related customer service in this day and age?

Travelite FAQ on TOM BIHN

“What’s impressive is how much direct feedback the people at Tom Bihn actually take into account in this interactive environment. It is not uncommon for company staff to post a teaser about an upcoming product or ask people for opinions about specific features about upcoming items, with a photo or two. At that point, the loyal readers respond with honest feedback, and there can be a lively exchange over the merits of various features, until the designs are tweaked to better meet customer requests.”

James' Europe Travel Blog review of the Aeronaut

“There are few products that I’ve found indispensable over my years of travel. With today’s proliferation of electronic travel technology and the cables, dongles, and power bricks that one needs to pack, we all need a method of organizing all that stuff so it doesn’t escape into chaos at the moment a battery charge is needed–and the Tom Bihn packing cubes are the best I’ve found for the task.” Read the full review or visit the Packing Cubes page.

About Us: Lee (Findings Lead)

Lee is our Findings Lead. He makes sure the sewing floor has all of the buckles, zippers and pieces of webbing they need to make your bag. With the exception of fabric, every component of a TOM BIHN bag is processed through Lee’s work station in our Seattle factory. Lee knows that it’s the smallest details that count, and he counts (accurately) the smallest details. Lee is like the Zen Master of bag parts: even the largest orders are quickly dispatched without hurry or stress.
